The sheer size and volume of wine available at Bustophers may at first appear quite daunting. Indeed, we have 18 varieties by the glass and nearly one hundred by the bottle. Madness I hear you say! Yet the overwhelming response from customers is that of sheer delight and gratitude that a dining establishment so accessible to a variety of customers offers such great choice and diversity.
Classic Old World grape varieties intermingle on the list with their more progressive New World counterparts. The cautious spectator is catered for with two outstanding entry level varieties from Sicily. More adventurous onlookers can enjoy breathtaking wines from classic dependable regions like Rioja & the Loire Valley. The more discerning wine spectator will be delighted to find boutique offerings such as Chablis, Bollinger & New World Pinot Noir, all by the glass.
