Duty Manager

A Duty Manager is required to oversee all aspects of the business in the absence of the General Manager & Restuarant Manager. Candidates should be customer focused, confident and have meticulous attention to detail. You must have at least 2 years experience in a similar role, be a personal license holder, have a smart appearance and friendly, positive attitude. A general love of food & wine would be preferrable and WSET would be an advantage. An excellent salary package is offered.

Salary: £16,000 p.a.
Start date: 03/01/08

Part time Evening/Weekend Waiting Staff

Positions available for part time evening & weekend waiting staff. 3-4 shifts per week working as part of the restaurant team. Suitable candidates should be customer focused, confident and have meticulous attention to detail. Full training given but previous experience in the hospitality industry expected.
